We currently have an opening for a licensed Strata Manager. If you have excellent people and organizational skills and hold a license through the Real Estate Council of B.C. we would love to talk to you about opportunities within our organization.
Thinking of a career in Strata Management?
A career in Strata Management is both challenging and rewarding. As a Strata Manager you deal with very diverse groups of people from an enormous variety of backgrounds, often you can learn a great deal from the clients you work with.
A successful Strata Manager must have very strong people skills and must enjoy the diversity of dealing with a variety of people. You must have exceptional organizational skills, a strong capacity for detail and often, infinite patience. If you have these basic skills, we can teach you about building management and the legalities of Strata Corporations. We hire people as assistants to team with an experienced Strata Manager, and take the licensing course with the eventual goal of becoming a licensed Strata Manager.
