Eric Spurling, FRI, R.I. (B.C.), CRF, CPM
Eric Spurling holds diplomas from the University of British Columbia in Urban Land Economics in both the property management and appraisal specialty areas. Mr. Spurling also holds recognized professional designations in these areas as well as in Real Estate Finance from both the Real Estate Institute of Canada and the Real Estate Institute of B.C. Mr. Spurling holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management. This is the highest recognition of professionalism in the property management field awarded in North America. Mr. Spurling has held positions as Chair of the Rental Housing Council of B.C., the Apartment Owners & Property Managers Association of B.C., and the Victoria Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Canada. Mr. Spurling has served as a Governor of the Real Estate Institute of B.C. and as Co-Chair of the Government Liaison Committee. Mr. Spurling is currently a director of the Strata Property Agents Association of British Columbia. He has been involved in the real estate industry, in property management and the lending and asset management areas in Victoria for the past 30 years.
