We are proud to have a very strong team working on our clients' behalf. In addition to our company principal, we have a strong management team, twelve experienced property managers and thirteen support staff.
Dwight Mueller B.B.A., CA
Dwight is our Comptroller and oversees our accounting and administrative functions, as well as managing a number of large Strata Corporations. Dwight has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Trinity Western University and earned his CA designation with Deloitte and Touche, Chartered Accountants in 1992. After a term as an Audit Manager, Dwight worked in a Real Estate Investment/Holding firm prior to joining Proline.
Katherine Soetaert B.Comm., CMA
Kathy is our Accounting Manager and oversees the accounting functions at Proline. Kathy deals with the day to day activities within the accounting department. Kathy has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. Kathy earned her CMA designation in 1993. Kathy has worked for a number of accounting firms as well as with manufacturing firms and governments overseas.
Andy Spurling, B.A., LL.B.
Andy serves a dual role as Proline's in-house corporate counsel and as a property manager to various clients. Andy holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to joining Proline, he was in-house counsel for Bell Canada. Andy has worked in major law firms in both Toronto and New York. Andy is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the British Columbia Bar Association.
Michael Peters
Michael is our most senior rental property manager and has been with the company for fifteen years. Michael relocated to Victoria in 1991 from Montreal where he was involved in a manufacturing business for many years. Michael manages a portfolio of primarily single-family dwellings and condominium units and some small apartments. Michael is our arbitration specialist.
Elaine Ferguson
Elaine is a senior strata manager. Originally from Ontario, Elaine held a number of accounting and administrative positions before becoming involved in property management in the early nineties. Elaine has been with Proline since relocating to Victoria and presently manages a portfolio of large, quality strata corporations.
Laura Gallinger
Laura is a residential rental property manager. Laura has had many years of administrative experience and experience dealing with people. Originally joining Proline in an administrative capacity, Laura also worked in our accounting department before becoming a property manager. Laura manages a portfolio of single-family dwellings, individual condo units as well as some multi-family properties.
Arnold Hobson B.A., J.D.
Arnold is a residential property manager. Arnold has a broad background that includes hands on management of residential and estate properties, as well as practicing law specializing in civil litigation in the USA for ten years. Arnold manages a portfolio of single family dwellings and condominium units as well as some apartment buildings.
Elaine Smith, B.A.
Elaine is a rental property manager. Elaine has been involved in property management and real estate for many years. Elaine was a property manager with another local firm prior to joining Proline. Elaine's portfolio consists of single and multi-family dwellings. With a flair for design, Elaine is often involved in renovation projects within her portfolio.
Alan Haddow
Alan is a strata manager. Alan has 30 years experience in graphics design, production and management, and brings his experience to the management team at Proline. Alan is responsible for a variety of strata developments with an emphasis on larger buildings.
Holly Sansom
Holly is a strata manager and is responsible for a variety of strata developments. Holly has many years experience in administration and problem solving negotiations. Holly comes to Proline from a real estate background in Alberta and previous management-administration experience primarily in the Yukon and Northwest Territories.
Kate Devlin
Kate comes to us from another management company. Her background is in rental management administration. Kate is a rental manager specializing in apartment and other rental properties.
Adam Taylor
Adam is a licensed rental manager specializing primarily in unfurnished rental apartments and condominiums. Adam has been involved with service industries for many years both in indoor and outdoor adventure related activities.
Paul Merrien
A licensed Strata Manager, Paul is in the process of emigrating from England. Paul's previous experience prior to joining Proline was working for law firms in Great Britain where he dealt with and prepared regulatory submissions and followed up on various infractions within the system.
Jennifer Houston
Jennifer is a Strata Manager. Prior to joining Proline, Jennifer was the Victoria Office Manager for a large developer where her tasks included assembling the various documents required for the warranty companies and for handover to the Strata Corporation. This experience and her hands on renovation experience are an asset to her clients.
Daryl Foster
Daryl is a licensed strata manager. Daryl has spent a number of years serving on strata councils where he lives, and has recently completed a two year term as President of his strata council. Daryl has had personal experience with the remediation process and has been an active participant in the various seminars available to industry.
Shannon Atkinson
Shannon is a licensed Rental Manager and handles the bulk of Proline's furnished rental suites as well as a portfolio of unfurnished rentals. Shannon's previous experience was in Real Estate where for the past ten years she has held positions both in real estate sales and as an assistant for real estate sales people.
Cheryl Harrison
Cheryl is a licensed Strata Manager. Originally trained as a lawyer in South Africa, Cheryl immigrated to Victoria a number of years ago and has worked in positions in the public and private sector. Prior to joining Proline, she was involved in an administrative capacity with another local management company.
Our Administrative Staff
We presently have an administrative/accounting support team of thirteen people. Our support staff have all enjoyed a variety of experiences, both in and out of the property management area. This team's diverse skills blend very well to provide excellent service and administration for our clients.
