Eric Spurling, FRI, CRF, R.I. (B.C.), CPM the company principal, acts as a court-appointed receiver manager on a regular basis. Work is normally carried out at the request of lenders or law firms acting on behalf of lenders. Activities in this area are on an hourly fee for services basis.
Usually appointed by mortgage lenders, Mr. Spurling has managed properties from parking lots to strip malls and from small residential units to multi-unit properties.
Day to day property management is handled by Proline Management Ltd. with Mr. Spurling overseeing the process.
